Machining
Carver Machine Works has the equipment, personnel and experience to handle your most stringent tolerances and machining challenges. Our equipment includes seven engine lathes ranging from small precision tool room lathes up 10 tons with 5 foot swing capacity, three horizontal American made boring mills with 4, 5 and 6” spindles, vertical turret lathes, and CNC waterjet and milling centers for short or high production runs.
Our equipment includes:
- Three Horizontal Boring Mills with 4" to 6" Spindles
- Seven Engine Lathes ranging in size from Tool Room to 63" Swing x 312" OAL
- Three Vertical Turret Lathes with up to 79" swing
- OMAX 55100 Waterjet Machine with a 50" x 100" x 6-1/2" thickness capacity
- Faro Arm CMM with 8' swing
- Solidworks 3D Modeling, Autocad Drafting & Design Capabilities
Quality
Through our AS9100 total quality system and our continuous improvement program, we’ve developed proven machining processes that ensure proper training, supervision, material tracking, segregation of operations and accountability to effectively produce repeatable quality.
Our quality staff has extensive experience in our industry and is actively involved throughout contract review, specification evaluation, procurement, design, planning and manufacturing.
CMW Warranty
CMW warrants all new and refurbished equipment for a period of 12 months from installation or date of shipment.
