CMW is proud to introduce our newest addition to our long list of capabilities!  Our CNC Waterjet machine can cut materials up to 6” thick (or thicker depending on material & tolerances desired) complex flat parts out of materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramic and composites directly from a CAD drawing or .dxf file.   

X-Y travel is 100”x 55” with a 30 horsepower, 50,000 psi pump and precision optical locator. 
 
Waterjet cutting is ideal for short-run part production, just-in-time manufacturing, tooling, and prototype part development. 

If it can be drawn, it can be cut!!
